Rice and beans (Instant Pot)
This is the original reciipe multiplied by 4.
240 ozcanned black beans ( 4 (60 oz) cans rinsed and drained)
3 cbrown rice
3 cpicante sauce (more, if needed)
4 tgarlic salt
- Throw all ingredients execpt lime into Instant Pot and cook for 22 minutes.
- When the pot beeps let the pot sit for 10 minutes and then release any additional pressure. Stir a bit and discard the bay leaf. Add in lime juice and additional salsa to brighten it up, if needed.
- Optional toppings: sour cream, tortilla chips, grated cheese, sliced avocado
