Use as a dipping sauce, on a noodle bowl or on a simple bowl of rice.
1⁄4 cpeanut butter (sugar free)
2 clvgarlic (chopped)
1 Tginger (chopped)
1⁄4 ccilantro (chopped)
1 Tsesame oil
1 tsambal oelek
1⁄4 csoy sauce
2 Trice wine vinegar
Throw all of the ingredients into a food processor. Blend and season to taste.
Make a double batch. You'll want left overs.
Add warm water to thin it out after being in the fridge.
