Peanut sauce

Description

Use as a dipping sauce, on a noodle bowl or on a simple bowl of rice.

Ingredients

1⁄4 c
peanut butter (sugar free)
2 clv
garlic (chopped)
1 T
ginger (chopped)
2 T
honey
1⁄4 c
cilantro (chopped)
 
juice of one lime
1 T
sesame oil
1 t
sambal oelek
1⁄4 c
soy sauce
2 T
rice wine vinegar

Instructions

Throw all of the ingredients into a food processor. Blend and season to taste.

Notes

Make a double batch. You'll want left overs.

Add warm water to thin it out after being in the fridge.
