Simple Simon Coconut Pressed Crust
Low-carb, gluten-free crust for quiche or other savoury tart.
1. Grind the coconut flakes in a blender to make a fine meal. Transfer to a food processor and add the remaining ingredients. Process until a soft dough forms. Add coconut flour if necessary to form dough.
2. For quiche, bake 10 min before adding filling.
