Ingredients

2 c
unsweetened coconut
2 T
MCT or coconut oil (coconut oil sets up more crisply)
3 pn
salt
1⁄4 c
coconut flour (if necessary)

Instructions

1. Grind the coconut flakes in a blender to make a fine meal. Transfer to a food processor and add the remaining ingredients. Process until a soft dough forms. Add coconut flour if necessary to form dough.

2. For quiche, bake 10 min before adding filling.
