Ingredients

lentils (cooked)
1⁄3 c
onion (minced)
1⁄2 c
cilantro (chopped)
1⁄3 c
chopped nuts (be sure not to exceed amount to stay within fat guidelines)
1 c
bread crumbs or ground oats
2 clv
garlic (minced)
1⁄2 c
mozzarella cheese (grated)
1⁄4 c
tomato sauce or paste

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375F. Spray loaf pan with coconut oil spray.

2. Mix all ingredients together and put mix into loaf pan.

3. Bake for 45 min.
