Ingredients

apples (pealed and sliced)
 
cinnamon
 
nutmeg
 
sugar (refined)
1 t
vanilla extract
2 c
sugar (brown)
2 c
flour
2 c
rolled oats (large flake)
 
vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a lasagna pan, sprinkle cinnamon, nutmeg and a little sugar over the apples
  2. Add the vanilla
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the sugar, flour, and oats
  4. Add enough vegetable oil to make the mixture wet all through
  5. Cover the apples with the oat mixture
  6. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes
